1.0 General Rules
1.1 Rocket shall launch on the M1378 reload from Loki Research
1.2 Rocket motor shall be installed in the Loki 54/4000 casing
1.3 Experimental motors/mods are not allowed
1.4 Rocket shall comply with the TRA safety code
1.5 Team sizes may be up to 3 people
2.0 Scoring Rules
2.1.0 Altitude Score
2.1.1 After flight and recovery is complete, altitude is scored on a 25-100 scale
2.1.2 100 points will be awarded to the rocket with the highest altitude
2.1.3 1 point will be awarded for showing up
2.1.4 24 points will be awarded to any rocket that clears the rail
2.1.5 25 points will be awarded to any rocket that reaches 10,000 ft AGL
2.1.6 Scores between 50 and 100 will be calculated on a linear scale from 10,000 ft AGL to the highest altitude (example)
2.2.0 Flight and Recovery
2.2.1 Unsafe recovery or significant damage that would result in a certification failure (see "Post-Flight Inspection") will result in a disqualification
2.2.2 Rockets not presented in-person to the judging panel will not receive a score
2.2.3 Rockets not recovered before 6pm on the final launch day will not receive a score
